We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors, and whenever this occurs, we will proceed to correct them as soon as possible. If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel the purchase. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
Despite our best efforts, some products within the vast range of our catalogue may have an incorrect price, which is why we check prices every time we process orders. If the price of the product is lower, we will refund the difference; if the price is higher, we will inform you and wait for the Customer to decide whether to accept or cancel the order.
Only after checking the items will we be able to know whether or not the order can be fulfilled. Orders are normally fulfilled within 24 hours to 5 days (working days – mainland Portugal). However, our supply capacity is limited by the availability and quality of existing stock. In the event of a stock shortage, we will place the order directly with the supplier. The customer will be informed of the implications for delivery times.
The sale of items not in our stock depends on the availability of suppliers. In the event of a product shortage, Luis Canotilho does not guarantee that the replacement of the product will not imply an update of the price, so we will only process the order after confirmation with the customer.
The product catalogue of Luis Canotilho (online store) is independent of the physical store, both in terms of price and stock quantities. All promotional campaigns may have limited stock and be exclusively for online sales.
